·        UP scholarship is available for all the students belonging to any of the caste.

·        Candidates from those colleges which are blacklisted by authority are not eligible.

·        Failed students are not eligible for this scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

• ·        The annual income of the family must be less than 2 lakhs for all the categories.

For UP scholarship Post-matric other than 11-12

How to apply for the scholarship?

You can follow the given procedure to apply UP scholarship form.

·        First you should visit the official website that is scholarship.up.nic.in.

·        On the homepage you will see the ‘Student’ option on the top menu bar, click on that option.

·        Then you will have to click on ‘New Registration’ option, one new page will open.

·        There will be separate option for fresh registration and renewable for various categories of candidates. Select the appropriate category.

·        Fill the required details in the field provided. Candidate should make ensure that personal detail, qualification etc. is correct.

·        Applicants have to upload the required documents. Make sure that documents are in prescribed format.

·        Search for PFMS on Google.

·         Open the first website that is pfms.nic.in.

·        Then click on ‘Know your payment’ option.

       ·        Enter the name of bank, enter starting letters of it and it will show you the                     name of the bank.

·        Again enter your account number for confirmation.

NOTE: While checking your payment status if you find ‘No Record Found’ option that means no amount is transferred to your account.
